Jeunes leaders

 

The Jeunes Leaders Program is for students in the 3rd cycle from elementary to 3rd of secondary

As part of the Jeunes Leaders Program, Aventuria's approach allows students to escape the school environment and to give them the opportunity to live an exclusive moment with their group, their teachers and/or other stakeholders, all on an enchanting site surrounded by nature.

The program leads young people to discover and exploit their strengths within a group, all in a playful and rejuvenating context in nature.

 

The objectives of the program

  • Develop self-esteem;
  • Help young people get to know themselves better to help them define their educational and professional aspirations;
  • Identify the leadership profile of participants, and use it within a group;
  • Emphasize the importance of communication in teamwork;
  • Know each other's strengths.

     

Multi-Season Entertainment Offer

Primary School

For themed school outings, pedagogical days, sports and creative activities, the Aventuria team has many options for you! The environment is perfect year-round, whether you want to plan a snow class or your end-of-classes outing!

 

High School

Aventuria offers a variety of themes for teenagers.

  • 6 themes of Leadership Resourcing Activity (Jeunes Leaders);
  • Our aerial and zip line trails;
  • Animation days for snow classes (outdoor winter activities).

For a busy day, our team has a whole repertoire of activities to educate and entertain your students!

Distinctions

  • In the fall of 2018, the Club Parentaide (Village Aventuria) team won the Leadership Award for its Jeunes Leaders Program as part of the 2018 Social Economy Weeks organized by the Table régionale d'économie sociale de Chaudière-Appalaches (TRÉSCA);
  • In the spring of 2019, the organization also won the "Le Distinctif" Award at the Gala des Pléiades of the Lévis Chamber of Commerce, mainly thanks to the Jeunes Leaders Program;
  • The program is also part of an action research conducted by UQAR to develop the 2.0 Version.

 

In order to fulfill our mission of accessibility, and thanks to generous donors, we offer the program free of charge to schools in the Chaudière-Appalaches school boards. Only the cost of transport must be paid. We believe in these young citizens and want to contribute to the success of this new generation!
